Our professional drivers are dropped off using our company cars, driven by our drivers (so called team leaders), to client locations. Once our drivers drive clients home, they are picked up instantly.

  • What are your driver fees?

  • What you charge any other costs?
    • Waiting charges for 25 minutes of waiting: AED 30
    • Additional drop-off: AED 50
  • Do you drivers wait longer than scheduled time?

They do, but waiting charges need to be paid accordingly. However, we do take into account understandable delays and such delays may or may not be charged at the discretion of the Let Us Drive management.

  • Can one request same drivers next time?

Yes, it is allowed to request same drivers but we cannot promise because of uncertainty of schedule, traffic and a host of other conditions that are not controllable in nature.

  • How can one cancel or change a booking and are there any costs associated with that?

In order to avoid any cancellation or change related costs, we request you to do so 2 hours prior to your booking.

  • What is the mode of payment?

Right now, we accept cash only but shortly we will accept debit/credit cards.

  • Can one hire drivers for long periods?

Absolutely. Just let us know how long, be it a week, month, or even a year!

  • Can we drive a rent-car or under-lease car?

Yes, provided all the documents are inside the car, such as mulkia, insurance and trade licence. We are not accountable for any fines that incur due to non-availability of any of these aforementioned documents.

  • Do you give a receipt for payment?

Yes, you will be given a receipt for your payment every time you use our service by our designated driver.

  • What are our operation hours?

We work around the clock and so is our call center. Call us anytime and book a driver time. That’s the idea!

  • Do you cover the entire of the UAE?

Yes.

  • Are your drivers authorised to drive?

Yes, all of them, and not just that – they are also experienced and highly trained on various aspects of driving in the UAE.
